Why we ship in the open
forever.recipes is a small product with a simple promise: your family's recipes, kept forever. A promise like that comes with homework, so we keep this public log of everything that changes, the small fixes and the big features alike. We ship most weeks, and we write each entry the way we'd tell a friend about it over coffee: what changed, and why you might care.

Butter and cups to grams converters
Two free kitchen tools: sticks, cups, tablespoons and grams of butter, and cups and spoons to grams for fifteen ingredients, with their sources.
Every book is now a family recipe binder
One sheet per recipe behind chapter tabs you name and colour, drafts behind a grey Drafts tab only you see, Rearrange, cook mode on the phone, and a print-ready A5 PDF. Covers are four cloths (terracotta, forest, navy, cream) with the title written on the label. The old page-flip, editorial and 3D readers are retired; their links open the binder.

Forever Club now comes in weekly, monthly, and annual: pick the cadence that suits you.
Faster recipe-card photo drafts
Photograph an index card and it drafts into your book in seconds, not minutes.
Four cover styles (retired October 2026)
Classic, Modern, Script, and Minimal, each with all eight cloth colors. Superseded in October 2026 by the binder's four cloth covers.
Sharper print exports (retired October 2026)
Editorial PDF export now embeds fonts and renders margin notes crisply. Superseded in October 2026 by the binder's A5 PDF.
