No. A new binder starts with one tab, Favourites. A starting point is a short list of tabs you add yourself in a minute, and you can rename, reorder or remove them whenever you like. Removing a tab keeps its recipes: they move to the front of the binder, unsorted.
Yes. Write a new title on the label or pick another cloth at any time. Your recipes, tabs and notes are untouched by the change.
No. Every binder uses the same A5 recipe layout on screen and in the PDF: the contents, a divider for each tab, then each recipe on its own sheet. The tabs you choose become the chapters.
