Refund policy
Last updated: August 14, 2026. The friendly summary: cancel anytime, keep what you paid for until it runs out, talk to us if something went wrong.
1. Cancellation
Forever Club renews automatically each week, month, or year depending on your plan. You can cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal, linked on your account page. When you cancel, you keep every club feature until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not charge cancellation fees.
2. Refunds
Refunds are handled case by case at [email protected]. If something was billed in error, or the Service did not work and we could not fix it, we will make it right. Include the email you subscribed with.
3. EU withdrawal right
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days from the day of purchase to withdraw from a subscription. If you expressly ask us to start the service immediately, the amount refunded may be reduced in proportion to the service provided before your withdrawal request. Write to [email protected] with "Withdrawal" in the subject line.
4. Where refunds go
Approved refunds return to the original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
