Worked example
For 350°F, (350 - 32) / 1.8 = 176.7°C, which rounds to 177°C for a whole-degree oven setting.

No. Temperature converts exactly. Oven behavior and bake time do not.
Does this convert gas marks?
No. It converts only Fahrenheit and Celsius.
