Terms of service
Last updated: July 2026. Short version: be kind, keep your recipes yours, cancel whenever you like.
1. The service
forever.recipes ("the Service") is operated by [DraftedBy legal name, registered address, company number] ("we", "us"). The Service lets you create, edit, store, share, and export digital cookbooks made of your own recipes, photos, and notes.
2. Accounts
You sign in with a magic link sent to your email address. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your email access secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
3. Subscriptions
The Forever Club subscription is offered weekly, monthly, and yearly, and renews automatically at the end of each period until canceled. You can cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal, linked from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Prices are shown before checkout and may change with 30 days of notice for future periods.
4. Your content
Your recipes, photos, and notes ("Your Content") stay yours. You keep every right you had. You grant us only the limited license needed to host Your Content, display it back to you and to people you share it with, and produce the exports you request. We do not sell, publish, or promote Your Content, and we do not use it to train machine learning models.
5. Fair use
You agree not to use the Service for anything unlawful, not to upload content you have no right to share, not to attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service, and not to use the AI features to generate content that infringes third-party rights. AI features are subject to daily quotas per plan.
6. Availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", on a best-effort basis. This is a small, carefully-run product, not a utility company: we work hard to keep it online and your data safe, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
